Foreclosure and Trustee sales are held between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of a month. (Sect 51.002) If the first Tuesday of a month occurs on January 1 or July 4, a public sale will be help between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month.
Sales will be located at the Dunbar Gym effective August 10, 2022 (1103 Dunbar St, Livingston, TX 77351).
